Change email address?

I need to change the email address for my account, but cannot find how to do so. Can someone help?

Note, I do not have access to the email address that I set my Box account up with, so need a direct point of contact that I can email from a new address. Thank you.

I am in a similar situation. I am using the free plan and the email address I used to register with is going to be deactivated soon. From what I've found online, it SEEMS like one has to add another email address, switch to it, and then delete the old one. My problem is that it will not allow me to do this without upgrading to a paid account first (i.e. upgrade, link email, switch...). Specifically, the options to add another email address are not present in the free version. I hope this is not the case. Otherwise I'm just going to have no choice but to take my files elsewhere.
