Hello and good evening!I'm looking for the best solution for around 200 terabytes of data that I want to store and manage in the cloud.I also saw the Box.com Enterprise plan “normal” and “plus”. The new upcoming features with Box Hub further excited me. Now my questions: Does anyone have experience with + 200 TB of data and if so, which one? Which plan is the right one? Where are “hidden” limitations? Bandwidths as an example? Hi - when using Box Sign, I do not receive an email notification when a document is pending my signature. I do receive a notification in the notifications drop-down within Box, but no email is sent.I DO receive an email when the document routing has completed, however. Very similar to this issue previously posted. I am wondering if there is a fix for this? Please let me know if more information is required.
I need to download multiple zip files in parallel. But it loads so slow: I want to know about download speed limits, maximum download capacity when running multiple download tasks in parallel, how many parallel files can my account download (account enterprise)? Your documentation indicates that enterprise_too_many_concurrent_downloads: the maximum of 10 parallel downloads of zip archives per enterprise has been met, when I run with 7 concurrent downloads I get an error 429: {"status":429,"type":"error","message":"User exceeded the maximum allowed concurrent zip downloads operations","code":"user_too_many_concurrent_downloads","context_info":null,... .}. Why ? The step I did: call api https://developer.box.com/reference/resources/zip-download/, this request returns download_url to me -> I call api download_url.
I was sent an invitation to collaborate but I can't open it on my account. I have already been removed as a collaborator and resent the link but same issues occurs.
As the title states, I am told to manually reset Box. I've followed the instructions and attempted to do this multiple times. I deleted Box and re-installed with the latest version and am still being told to manually reset, but it's still not working.

Hello, A folder containing lots of other folders was deleted by another user and I don't know who it was. I also don't know who the original folder owner was to get them to restore it. It was called 'Scripted Content Marketing (Contains WIP, unapproved assets)' How do I get this back?

I'm a co-owner of a box that I had full access to two days ago. Nothing has changed since then but when I try to access the box, I get the message 'Your access to this content is restricted due to a security policy'. Does anyone know how to solve this to give access?
Hi, I'm running Box Drive 2.35.97 on Windows 11 22621.2506 and I'm trying to get a better status report on file uploads. Here's the scenario: I drag a large file into the Box Drive folder in Explorer and then do something else. I come back and want to know the status of the upload. If I go to Box Drive in the system tray and then look at transfers, I don't see anything. If I open the folder in Explorer, the files are there but even in details view there's now status information. Did the files upload? Was there an error? The only way to check the status is to go into the web site and drill down to see if the files are there. Microsoft OneDrive adds an icon to details view that shows the current status. I tried looking at columns to display in details view, but didn't see what I was looking for. An icon/status report in Explorer is probably the best solution. Failing that, being able to see recent finished transfers in the Box Drive app would be the second best solution. Third b

We transfered several files from one folder to another. Thousands of files. Some files are now shown in grey. The folder indicates xx number of files in folder, but the list of files is in grey and the files cannot be opened. So they are not really deleted, but are unavailable. Hundreds of files cannot be opened. Can you help solve this problem pls ? Thanks
I have deleted everything from my storage, and also emptied the trash can. My storage is still showing as full days later despite it being visually empty. Could I have some help with this please.
