Thank you for your assistance.
We are currently testing single sign-on for Entra ID and Box.
The single sign-on test is successful on Entra ID, but when I try to log in from Box, it fails.

I am able to transition to the Entra ID login screen. The message "Invalid login credentials" is displayed.

I would like to know the cause of this problem.
