Box Sign API Template Signers do not include label field in SDK's

While using the Box .NET(Gen) SDK I noticed that the TemplateSigner class is missing the label field. However when calling the Box API via curl to get sign templates the label field is a part of the signer objects in the signers array on sign templates. I assume it is supposed to be accessible as this forum post describes the signer object as having the label field. https://community.box.com/topic/show?tid=477&fid=9 Unfortunately, the label field is missing on the Signers object on this page Box Sign template - API Reference - Box Developer Documentation of the Box Developer Documentation. Upon closer inspection it also appears to be missing on all of the SDKs TemplateSigner classes.

How can I identify external users with access to Box?

What is the best way for me to run a report that shows all external users that have access to our company’s Box instance?  I’d like to see general data like name, email, what folders they have access to and when they last accessed any of the information.

Using the Box Content Explorer with the Box for Salesforce Toolkit

Hi,We are trying to add a custom UI using the Box Content Explorer javascript library from the UI Elements SDK. The Box Content Explorer requires an auth token to authenticate. This must be the Salesforce user rather than a service account in our case so security and access is respected.There does not appear to be a method to retrieve a user's auth token from the Salesforce toolkit. Looking outside the toolkit to the Salesforce SDK, there isn't an implementation of the OAuth user flow (this must be implemented by the application) and my understanding is that this would be an additional log in to the Box for Salesforce login.I'm currently looking into using the toolkit to query a Box managed user's Id using the username from Salesforce and then getting a user token through a Client Credentials custom app. What is the best way to seamlessly integrate the Box for Salesforce toolkit with the Box UI Elements SDK so that there is a single authentication process? Thanks

Hello I am Using Box Search API and Also Try To Search With dll When I Give the Search Keyword “disposition” In response I Get the files Which contain “disposition” in file name and file content.But ,Here i also get files Which Contain Different Keyword “dispositive” and “disposal”Hello ,Box Team Can You explain me this ?and i also try with Exact Match using operator “disposition” but return same result.

How does Box Hubs interact with a user’s file permissions? For example, would a user see/interact with a file if they aren’t invited to the Hub already?

Search with file name not working from API at the time of file upload

I’ve integrated box with my dotnet application, I’ve created folder via our application in box and after uploaded few files in the particular folder. After I tried to search that specific file with file name and parent folder id it returning empty result at the time of file uploaded, after few minutes(around 5-10 minutes) later when we try with the same API call, it bring the expected results. Please find the used code in below and suggest or share your thoughts.  Client.SearchManager.QueryAsync(                    fileName,                    ancestorFolderIds: new List<string>() { parentFolderId },                    fields: new[] { "id,name,type,path_collection,size,created_at,modified_at" },                    limit: 30)

Older Version Files Keep Coming Back to my Box.com Folder

Hi, I’ve been a fan of Box.com for years, as they have let me collaborate with my clients all times for past years and I greatly appreciate the wonderful app.  One issue I’ve been encountering for last year or two though, is that every time I upload newer version of the files and overwrite older files (with Adobe Lightroom, if that matters), the older versions of the same files keep coming back.  Let’s say the file was named photo1.JPEG, I overwrite it with newer version of photo1.JPEG - then the older version of the file I don’t want anymore, pops up as photo1-2.JPEG.  I can’t find any other way to get rid of this unless I go into the folder manually and delete them myself.  I don’t see it anywhere on the forums either.  Could someone help?  Thank you!

My company uses the Collaboration Links (from another company's Enterprise version of Box).Using our firewall function,- Allow "somecoop.*.box.com"- Block "*.app.box.com"I tried to select other companies that can access, but the personal/free version of Box is still accessible.I would like to block sign-in/access to the personal/free version of Box.Do you have any ideas? (Blocking specific URLs, etc.)

JWT Service Account Stopped working (Again)

Hi -We have a JWT service account that was used more than 1 1/2 year and that stopped working.Auth token generates but can't connect to shared folder with our client.
