Yes, there is. To prevent the use of personal accounts in Box, you can configure the security settings to restrict login emails to corporate addresses1. Here's how:

3. Under Signup and Login Settings, select the option to prevent users from changing their Box login emails to personal addresses.

​@james246henry suggestion will definitely help. This will keep the users to stick with the corporate email they used to sign up. You can check the Self signup settings, too, and may also require the users sign up with your corporate email address.
