How can I identify external users with access to Box?

What is the best way for me to run a report that shows all external users that have access to our company’s Box instance?  I’d like to see general data like name, email, what folders they have access to and when they last accessed any of the information.

Great question! This one comes up all the time for customers.

Here is what I found:
Admins may export a "Collaborations" report on Admin Console to see the list of external users collaborating on their organization's contents.

To export this report go to the Admin Console > Report > Create report > choose  "Collaboration".

Once you have the exported file, you can filter it and select external collaboration in which would give you list of external user.

To learn more about this type of report, please take a look at this article: Running Reports

Hope this helps.
