This tool should be very helpful to organizations as most breaches begin with email. Thanks for sharing Don!

@AaronJackson thank you for your comment and for engaging the Box Community.  You’re right about email’s risk.  It’s the global #1 vector of attack by bad actors.  In native form, email injects workflow friction, it becomes a ‘content silo’, inbound email attachments that are blindly opened inject weaponized attachment risks, phishing attacks are pervasive, and outbound email that often contains PII, CUI data, intellectual property, etc is a data loss risk.  While email is the most ubiquitous of all human communication forms (at least within the public sector and enterprise eco-systems), we have to ‘rethink’ it’s utility.  If we ‘rethink’ it and use an AI-for-Good model, we can reimagine it’s use and with mxHERO and Box a lot of those risks are reduced or even eliminated.  We can reduce or eliminate it’s risk as a silo by auto-moving email content into Box (email body, metadata and attachments), we can put it’s valuable human-first insights and value chain squarely within the Box Intelligent Content Cloud, we can automate email content ingestion into Box using ‘content type’ taxonomy-based routing e.g. Project # specific, Legal Case specific, Policy specific, or other flags to inform not only its capture but WHERE within Box it should be staged.  We can eliminate blind attachment openings by automating invocation of SAFE Box preview links, we can inject a data loss prevention (DLP) outcome by auto-stripping and auto-security setting (e.g. VIEW ONLY, or password protections) for outbound content we might elect to share via email, and all of this aside -  putting valuable email body, metadata and attachments in play for Box Enterprise Advanced and Box AI powered outcomes is a win.  The diagnostic tool helps inform as to the risks we have with native email and the advantage we all have of resolving those risks proactively with the mxHERO Mail2Cloud + Box Intelligent Content Cloud tandem.  That’s a win for our customers as they aim to stay ahead of bad actor exploits.  Thanks for engaging on this content!  #GoCloud
