Is there a feature to prevent the use of personal accounts for BOX?

Yes, there is. To prevent the use of personal accounts in Box, you can configure the security settings to restrict login emails to corporate addresses1. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Admin Console in Box.

  2. Navigate to Enterprise Settings and select the Security tab.

  3. Under Signup and Login Settings, select the option to prevent users from changing their Box login emails to personal addresses.

This way, users will only be able to use their corporate email addresses to sign up and log in.

@james246henry suggestion will definitely help. This will keep the users to stick with the corporate email they used to sign up. You can check the Self signup settings, too, and may also require the users sign up with your corporate email address.
