Recording clip hereOpen Source MCP Server, and customer Q&A. Recording clip here Addressing Challenges of AI in Enterprise DataKamil opened by identifying a pain point for enterprises: the disconnect between AI tools and enterprise content. According to Kamil, this separation leads to underutilized data and inefficiencies. Recording clip here"AI tools are disconnected from enterprise content. Employees don't get full value when the AI tools and the data they have are not connected together."Furthermore, security risks abound when employees upload sensitive files to external AI platforms, exposing enterprises to potential data leaks, compliance violations, and governance pitfalls. Custom-built integrations, while a potential solution, pose another challenge as they are complicated, expensive, and difficult to sustain

In the linked PR from BOX last June, they mentioned a debug view for AI studio. Has anyone here used it? Or can anyone point me to some Box or other reputable sources for more detailed information?I tried asking ChatGPT and it suggests that I should be able to use it if I have admin privileges, which I do. But I see no sign of it in the playground for my agent.Thank you! https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/42423872260115-Enhancements-to-AI-Studio-Jun-2025

can box host a slideshow for me?The idea would be that I would have a folder in box that would contain photos and when someone (unauthenticated random device on the internet) opened the link, a full screen slideshow of those photos would play without any further user interaction. It would be cool if it could play video also. What is the minimum required license for that?

I recommend this podcast on security permissions which has come up as a topic on our community roundtables.  If your AI isn’t permission-aware, it’s not ready for the enterprise. AI can accelerate productivity, but without the right controls, it risks exposing your most sensitive content. In this episode, Ben Kus, CTO of Box, and @Meena Ganesh Box Box Senior Product Marketing Manager, unpack why Secure Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is essential.Together, they explore how permission-aware AI works, why role-based access isn’t enough, and what it takes to protect data before it’s ever retrieved.Key moments to listen for:(00:00) Why AI poses a real risk to enterprise data(01:40)  What can go wrong when RAG ignores permissions(03:11) How Secure RAG actually works(04:58)  Why role-based access isn’t enough(08:51) The TLDR

How often Box backups run? If the backup settings are changed, can we check that by generating a report? If I need a report to confirm that backups are running properly, is it possible to create a manual report for backups? Or, would it be possible to use certain API (or create a custom API) to receive such reports?

I am trying to set-up my first Box Form from a DocGen and then use a Relay to start the process. I have created a simple document with one field that is linked into the Form on generation. I fill-in the form, without any attachments, and submit. When the workflow ‘relay’ then runs, I get an error ‘No files were attached to a form submission’I did not think I had to have attachments with the form. Can anyone provide some advice?
