Im ussing the free version. where it says I have 5 docs to request signature. I did it for the 1st one and it worked perfectly. Im trying to add the 2nd file and its asking me to change to a paid version.

Conditional signature requests outcomes in Box Relay enable users to end workflows if signature requests are declined, cancelled, or expiredWe are incredibly excited to release conditional signature request outcomes when using the Box Sign outcome in Box Relay! When using the 'A Sign Event' trigger in Box Relay, users can configure a number of different outcomes based on whether a signature request is completed, cancelled, expired, or declined. I created a folder and am trying to add someone as a collaborator (editor). When I send the invitation, I immediately get an email message saying that he has accepted the invitation, but he hasn’t. When he tries to log in using the link, it wants him to create a new account and pay for it. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

I am trying to creat a new task from the iOS app and  there is no option to do so in the comment/activity screen like I’m used to seeing in the web version.  Furthermore, I can use the web version to create the task on my mobile device but when I try and log in to the web version it automatically opens the box app instead of loading the web interface.
