AI agents are officially mainstream, with 83% of organizations running them and 80% reporting at least a 10% ROI. However, the returns are highly unequal: half of leading-edge companies clear a massive 25% ROI, compared to just 1 in 9 early-stage organizations.

- 96% agree agents need company content, but only 36% have connected them at scale.
- 73% claim established frameworks, but only 34% have formal standards for agent data access.
