On July 30, 2026, an update to the Box Terms of Service ("Terms") will take affect for those users whose accounts are subject to the Terms and not a separate written agreement, such as the Box Service Agreement. None of these changes affect the pricing for your subscription to the Box Service.
The Terms reflect the commitments Box and its users make to each other. The updates include language to clarify your responsibilities for service resource overages and how you can contact Box.
