We have some users that like the ready sign link. If we use batch send, the sender sends out an email in advance giving everyone a heads up on what might look like a phishing email from an external sender noreply@box.com.
Ready sign link prevents 2 separate emails.

You can check out the ready-sign link. It allows you to create a reusable, signable document hosted on a link that can be embedded in a landing page of your choice. So it's an inbound way of receiving signed documents.

| Will the executed document come back to Workday? | Yes! Signed documents are available to end-users via Workday - Personal Documents tab and to Senders via the Box Sign reports. |
| can we get the documents deleted from Box after certain interval considering some of the HR documents can be sensitive | Yes you can. With Box Governance, you can delete the documents or configure a customizable retention policy to have signed content deleted automatically after a certain interval as well.

| Can people upload jpgs of their signatures so they can sign via stamps, similar to how it works in DocuSign? | Yes you can upload an image of your signature. Box supports GIF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, and WEBP file types, with a size limit of 8 MB.

| I'd love to see something similar to this developed for ServiceNow in the future
I've built some custom API integrations for our use cases, usually in conjunction with a custom Doc Gen framework I've built between the two platforms. Communicating Box Sign information to ServiceNow users is consistently a rather difficult task though.
Reviewing that page, it doesn't seem like te integration offers much more than the standard SDK and API tools. I'll have to review it in more detail later though. Thanks for making me aware of the option!
Mostly what we are looking for is away for a ServiceNow user to see all of their open Box Sign Requests they've sent and/or received through the ServiceNow tasks/requests dashboards. Most of our users rely on that dashboard to understand their daily workload. |

| for Workday: 1) Are we able to do multiple signers with different orders?
2) Does this allow for using docgen templates (like a compensation form where we are mapping titles and dollars and markets into the documents?) thank you! | 1 - Yes! You can select multiple users and define the signing order as you create the Distribute document task in Workday before sending the request
2 - We support sign templates and are working on adding the support of Workday Business Processes framework where you could map the Workday data fields to Box Sign template pre-configured fields automatically. More to share soon! |
| Similar to DocuSign, if we have multiple signature fields on a document in Box, will we be able to seamlessly progress from one signature field to a subsequent field without manually clicking into it? | Yes, there is a navigation button at the top of the signing ceremony experience that allows you to cycle through the different fields without needing to scroll through the entire request. Fields tagged as "Required" must be completed before completing the request. |
