What we're hearing: AI is the #1 topic with nearly every customer right now. Customers are at different stages: some are still exploring what Box AI can do, others have it live and are testing, and some are building AI-powered workflows.
Box AI can help you summarize documents, answer questions about your content, draft text, and extract key information, all without leaving Box. The key to getting great results is learning how to write effective prompts. Below are some courses we recommend taking to take your AI knowledge to the next level:
For End Users:
