Automatically redirected to Google SSO for my Microsoft account

My organisation recently migrated to Microsoft environment.We collaborate on documents with an organisation using box. Now I am trying to sign in to work in a document but it always redirects me to Google sign-in. I also changed my password, and tried using a new browser, incognito window etc. Nothing worked. I can’t access my account….

Box Hubs Analytics

Would be great to see metrics on how adopted our Hubs are. How many visits, which box users are visiting, how long each visit is, etc. Is this on the roadmap?

Box File Request gives you a fast and secure way to request and obtain files, plus associated metadata, from anyone. Watch this video to learn more about Box File Request:  ✍ Notes: You must have a Box Business Plan account or higher to build a File Request form.  However, no one needs a Box account to access the finished form and upload content. The effect change field Metadata from String to Float

Hello everyone,I have problems about the effect change field metadata from String to Float. I have just investigate and guess result. Because I can’t access to Box Admin change it.Before I have set field type is String and upload file then metadata show right. But I change field from String to Float, it affect to value before? Reporting on version history?

Hello!  Is it possible for me in the admin console to pull a report on all of my documents and how many versions exist? I would love to just see a document name and how many versions exist. I’m trying to get a better understanding of what documents are most leveraged and edited in my organization. Thank you!

My team has received the above error when logging in after 1800 hours after October 10, 2024. Is there a reason we would be receiving this error? How do we avoid the error?   The dayshift supervisors are not getting the error before 1800 hours. LMR

Box/NetSuite Integration

We’re having an intermittent issue with the integration between user’s Box accounts an NetSuite. “There was an issue with the Box SuiteApp. Please refresh and try again. If the problem persists...” None of us are sure why it’s happening because it happens so randomly.

Prevent Folder from being Moved/Deleted for all users

Hi everyone, We’ve explored options to be able to prevent any user (even co-owners) from accidentally Moving or Deleting certain critical root folders within Box. Right now the only option I have found is to use the Folder Lock endpoint via the Box API, however this is not very accessible to non-developers and we need our business users to be able to enable and remove these locks as needed. Has anyone found a way to manage these Folder Locks in a more user friendly way via the Box UI? Thanks!

Enabling Box HubsRefer to the guide below on how to make Box Hubs available for your enterprise: Go to the Admin Console Open the Enterprise Settings section Navigate to the Content and Sharing tab Scroll down to the Hubs section Click the Enable for all managed users toggle 👉 You may also check out this video to Learn how to enable Box Hubs.Disabling Box Hubs Click the “Disable for all managed users” toggle.  Configuring Box HubsAfter enabling Hubs, you can select who can create Hubs.Click the Edit Configuration button and select one of the four options: Disable for all Hubs users Enable for all Hubs users (recommended) Enable for select users or groups Enable for everyone except select users or groups If you choose one of the two last options, a Users or Groups field appears. Box Reporting - ONLY folders and permission levels and owners.

Hi there!I want to run a report to JUST see The owners and co-owners of folders in the Box and the people who have access to those folders and their respective permission levels, not individual documents. When I’ve run previous reports, they’ve been the  very large and unwieldy, making it difficult for someone else in my organization to view.I need an easier way to get a list of owners or permissions at the folder level in Box, without having to sift through a large number of records. What’s the best way to do this?
