I have two Box accounts. How can I merge them all into one account.

Account‑merging options depend on the type of accounts involved.

  • In some cases, this means merging two enterprise accounts; or,
  • It may involve downgrading users to free personal accounts and then inviting them into the current enterprise as managed users.


Just a quick note: personal accounts themselves can’t be merged.

How do I merge 2 enterprise accounts? Both are enterprise business accounts.

To merge two enterprise accounts, the primary admin of the account must request an enterprise merge or user migration by submitting a Service Request ticket.
