Workday Integration Install Package

Here’s how to get the Box Sign for Workday install package and the resources you’ll need:

• Confirm prerequisites: You must have Workday Core HCM and a Box plan that includes Box Sign (Enterprise Plus/Enterprise Advanced get unlimited requests; Business tiers get limited complimentary requests).
   
• Request the app in Workday Marketplace: Go to the Workday Marketplace listing for “Box Sign for Workday” and request provisioning (the integration is distributed via the Workday Marketplace).
   
• Contact Box if required: If you need Box-side provisioning files, deployment assistance, or account-specific details, please contact your Box account manager (if you have one assigned) or use the Box Support / Contact Us flow listed on the Workday app page.
   
• Review deployment resources before install: Use the Box Sign for Workday Deployment Guide and User Guide to prepare configuration and admin steps (installation and configuration instructions are also available from the Box Support article for Box Sign for Workday).

We do have the enterprise package and we have tried it but the WorkDay Market place is not providing us the install file needed.

We are waiting to hear back the workday integration team in regards.

Workday now says that Box.com needs to provide the files...

Hi Victor,

Could you please reach out to your Box account team and let them know when you submitted the app provisioning request through the Workday Marketplace? With that information, we should be able to help track down the request and check on its status.

As a reminder, the first step is to submit the app provisioning request through the Box Sign for Workday application in the Workday Marketplace. Once the request is submitted, the app should be provisioned in your Workday tenant within approximately 10 business days. After the provisioning is complete, you can continue with the configuration by following the deployment guide.
