I need help with changing the phone number associated with 2 Factor Authentication associated with my box account.  I'm using a Google Voice Number that does NOT forward texts to my actual cell phone number.   How do I change the phone number associated with my account for 2 Factor Authentication?  I am unable to do this in my profile. The SMS number associated with my Box is not visible anywhere on my profile administration tools.  Why is that?

Hi AJ the ticket does not work.   It is a dead link sent in the email.  I still have an issue with the 2 Factor Authentication phone number associated with my account.  I am unable to change the phone number that is being used to receive the SMS code under my profile. Please advise.  Thanks james
