Hi,
When attempting to move a folder in Box drive I receive the error message "The file name(s) would be too long for the destination folder. You can shorten the file name and try again, or try a location has a shorter path.". The name of the folder I'm trying to move is only 52 characters long and will let me move it when using the web version of Box.
Is there a work around for Box drive that will allow me to move folders without receiving this error message?

The issue you encounter may be related to the Windows file path character limit that is discussed here: Windows 255 character limit.
I'd recommend shortening the length of the path to under 255 or you can try moving the folder a few sub-folders up to shorten the path -- this is the only workaround that we can suggest for now to address this Windows-limitation.
