Dear box support,


 Regarding an old account that I use before. 


 I've canceled contract of the box enterprise this August.


Then I had a few reason that my company account( then administration account ) could not delete within contract period .


Currently, I continue box in company as one of users.


Recently, I 've used box email upload using my company account.


However I have found to take a return error only me.


my company account is "spersonal information--redacted]".


Could you teach me how to request that my company account deletes from you email server completely.
