We have a custom app using oAuth authentication.


A customer of ours has SSO enabled and after the initial box login screen in the browser it goes to their SSO  page and then it just displays users files in the browser without ever doing the URL redirect which we intercept and end the authentication session.  Some of their accounts seem to work normally.


Does this sound like some configuration setting in box that needs to be set ?

I am having the same problem.  When I click on a link into my corp box account, I am met with a login page that has no SSO login option.  I need to separately login from the main page using SSO.


We are having the same problem. Did anyone find a solution to this? Any workaround?


Same issue here. This looks like a bug on their end. Hope they will fix it eventually.
