 I get a popup routinely that says "Box drive has failed to update to 2.41.226. please try to update again and report this issue to us by sending your logs. I've sent logs twice.But it says I need to open a support case then sends me to the most uninformative webpage ever: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us.


How do I open a support case?
