I have an enterprise account and would like to open a support ticket about a Box integration we built.


I followed a link to this page to open the ticket:


https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new


But it just says "Login with or upgrade to a Paid Box Business/Enterprise account for more support options". I am logged in and I already have an enterprise account. Is there a way I can open a support ticket?
