All of a sudden there are files I cant open from my Mac desktop but I can see they are there and can download them from the website. Similarly some folders arent opening or taking longer to open than normal.


When I try clicking on the files it doesnt do anything.

Can you try to quit Box Drive from you menu bar and then start the app again?


If that doesn't help, can you let us know what Box Drive version are you running and what macOS?

I am having the exact same issue with Excel files only. Macos version 12.4.
