I would like to get a better understanding of the paid plans, however am not sure if I understand all terminology correctly. After a 10min browse on the website it appears I cannot contact Box Support/ Sales directly and I have to post here.

One question I have is what constitutes a "user"? It appears there is a mandatory minimum of 3 users on any Business plan.
