Have requested Co admin permissions from IT…Am waiting on that.
Can you elaborate on the “manually activated by our support team”?

Hi @Dan

This “feature” needs to be specifically enabled for the enterprise account.

This is done by contacting Box.com support and ask to have it enabled.
