I signed up for enterprise for 1 user, but you charged me for 3? Please refund the difference or I am cancelling and calling my credit card company.

Please note that all of our Business-level Plans are only available with 3 or more seats. We do not offer these subscription plans for 1 or 2 users, thus if you look at our plans you will see the caption "minimum of 3 users" . It is not required for all 3 seats be used, but we do require that the subscription is set up for at least 3 users. For more information on our different account types, you can refer to www.box.com/pricing

Blatant scam. Not even mentioned when the 3 options were given to me. I have already reached out to cancel and obtain a refund and will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. 


James, were you able to solve this issue? I just experienced the same situation and looking forward into getting a solution.
