We are attempting to invite a new user to our box but it says that his accounts belongs to another enterprise. 


As there was nothing important on his previous box account, we have deleted the said account but we are still facing the same issue. 


Could you please help us regarding this issue please? Thank you.

We are having the same issue. We started a new Box account for our new subsidiary company, but we have employees that need to be able to access both. Can someone help us as well please?
