Hi,

We've been experiencing an upload issue recently while uploading many folders in bulk.

for example. we are uploading 10 folders with 1000 files. 100 files/folder.

The upload was finished, and 10 folders were created, but only some of the folders had files inside them. The final result will be 10 folders and 300s files. most of the created folders are empty.

We have checked our firewalls, and tested on many computers and can't get different results.

Me too. I am retiring from my company and need to upload GB of nested file folders, each containing files. How do I accomplish that? I don’t have time to upload files to each individual folder. This is so I can share files with my replacement. This must be solved by 31 Dec, but preferably today.

I would mark this as urgent if I knew how.

Peace,

Dustin

Depending on your licensing level, you may be able to use Shuttle to do this.  Failing that, you can use the Box CLI and script a loading process.  You could also use a third-party product like rclone to move content into the cloud.  Finally, Box Consulting offers a Managed Migration offering to move the content on your behalf.
