Three business days ago I upgraded my plan from a basic one to professional, now files still aren't backing up automatically, and when I link to folders, the files that are inside the folders are not shown. 


This is how I operate my business. Now I can't send clients their projects. 


Can someone please help reboot my cloud storage? 

I have the same situation.
I started the transition from Starter to Business plan two days ago and many files that I see on my computer do not open and if I go to the online box page the files inside the folder are not there.
I need those files help me recover them!


Yikes, what a disaster. I've used and loved Box for over 10 years now. It looks like I need to start moving things over to Google Drive.
