Hi Box, 


My team recently upgraded to the enterprise option and we lost all of our folders.  I read that they will be back in 24 hours.  Can you please confirm that this is true?   We were never notified that this would happen prior to purchasing the upgrade.  If we had, we would have planned appropriately.  I hope this is something you can address in the future.


We provide our clients with a link to their annual folder within their Box account, will those links still work after the folders are back or do we need to send new links to all of our clients?
