I have this same issue except I am the consultant establishing the account for a client. Can I switch the primary user to the client and make myself the co-admin?
Hi, Same issue, admin is no longer wityh us and her email address has been deleted. How do i reassign admin to myself? I'm currently listed as an admin, but when I try to add users i'm told I don't have rights., contact IT (we don't have an IT department!).
