Our primary admin was an external consultant who is no longer with the company. There is no way for us to get access to their email. Could you please let us know how to re-assign admin access? Thanks

I have this same issue except I am the consultant establishing the account for a client. Can I switch the primary user to the client and make myself the co-admin?
Hi, Same issue, admin is no longer wityh us and her email address has been deleted. How do i reassign admin to myself? I'm currently listed as an admin, but when I try to add users i'm told I don't have rights., contact IT (we don't have an IT department!).
