Hello,


I received files through a link included in an email. When I click the link and enter my personal email address, I am redirected to my school's Box account instead. My school email was not linked to the email containing the files, so they don't show up on my home page. When I attempt to add my personal email to my school Box account, I receive an error message stating that my personal email is linked to another account. However, I am unable to access that account because any login attempt with my personal email redirects me back to my school sign-in page.


Is there a way to consolidate my two accounts so I can access these important files? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
