Text messages are not delivered to the mobile phone used for two-factor authentication

My customer is not receiving text messages on the mobile phone he uses for two-factor authentication and cannot log in.He can't even ask a question here because He can't log in.The target Box account is not an internal account. My internal help desk team asked me to contact BOX Support.How can he log in?
