"Sign in with SSO" is not displayed in the iOS app

Checking this article about Logging in with Single Sign On (SSO) > SSO on Mobile Devices:

Notes:

• While the Box API supports SSO login, because of the customization that goes into setting up SSO, occasionally there are apps or SSO configurations that are not optimized for SSO login on mobile. If it does not work for an app, you will need to create a Box-specific password in your account settings to login with.

This is probably the case. However, to investigate further, can you answer the following questions:

• Have you tried using a different mobile device and check the SSO login option?
• Can you try logging into Box on a mobile browser (not the app)?
• Is everyone in the company affected by this or just several users?
• Are these user's affect on all networks?
  • i.e. Can they login to Box app via mobile SSO on their mobile networks, home networks, or work networks?

As you mentioned, there is a strong possibility that the SSO configuration is not optimized for mobile SSO logins.

I may have some additional questions, but first I would like to get in touch with the SSO provider.
