Hi,


I am trying to create a web form that I can access within a browser. That form would say something like "I acknowledge receipt of the product." Then it would have a spot to sign, a spot to type the signer's name, and a "submit" option. When submitting, the form would then be saved to a Box folder without needing any additional inputs or clicks. Is this possible?
