I am unable to complete a signature request. After configuring my document, I am unable to send it because the Send box is greyed out, as though there is something undone or incomplete. But I cannot determine what is missing that is preventing the SEND button from activating.

Any progress on this? My button is blue, but when I click it to send, nothing happens. It pops up a loading icon and then that goes away, but no email sends.
I had the same issue when first tried the Box Sign feature. I completed the form set-up (or so I thought), but for me the issue was that after placing the signature and date signed fields into the document template and completing the remainder of the settings on the right side of the screen, I had to click on each of those fields on the document itself and assign who is supposed to complete. Once I did that that, the Send Request button became active and I was able to send. Hope that helps!
That did it! However, before today (for me) it did not require specifying a signer for each of the signature spaces in order for the "Send Request" to be enabled. Are there notifications on these issues? Are they included in updates? If so, what is the best way to learn about modifications and changes before or as they are implemented?
