Hello!


I created an account here today  and cancelled it today, and also accidentally re-activated it today during the trial period and got charged immediately today for $127.5, and I would like to request a refund for the charges made to my box account.


I did not mean to subscribe to box.


I didn't realize I am charged until I get the email about billing.


Box has charged my card and I have not ever intend to re-activate it, therefore I will also be needing to terminate my account.


Please cancel my billing as soon as possible so my bank will not make the actual charge from my account.
