We have not used box since August of last year and just received a bill for subscriptions. Can this charge be reversed? We were unaware that auto-renew was turned on and will cancel our account as soon as possible.

Thanks for the help. However, I am looking for information on a refund on what we just paid for, and not canceling the account. I will cancel the account as soon as I receive a response about the potential for a refund. We have not used this service since last year.
