Hello!


I signed up for a 3 user access,  after a few days, we realized we don't need this for our small company.  Your company sent me an email and I ask how I can cancel this service during the free period.  I never heard back and then I was charged yesterday(4.7.24) over $380.  I need to have this refunded.  What can I do?
