Today, I noticed that AUD 252 was deducted from my bank account for a new subscription I did not intend to activate. I had no intention of subscribing, yet my account was somehow reactivated, leading to an unexpected charge. I was unaware of this until I received the billing notification. I already have another box account.
Since I never meant to activate the subscription, I kindly request a refund for the amount charged. Additionally, I would like to permanently terminate my account to avoid any further billing issues.
Please cancel my billing as soon as possible to prevent my bank from processing the payment.
