Hello, i'm working for a company having workforce teams. The teams have groups in box. Each team serves multiple clients. Each client has a box folder. The box folders are shared with a group as editors.


What happens now in the recent file list is, that any file accessed by any team member in any of the shared folders appears in the list.


This doesn't make sense. The list should only contain files, i have accessed. My team is quite large and a lot of files are accessed every day, so the recent files list is completely messed up with files i never touched. Is this a expected behaviour? Can this behaviour be changed? Many thanks?
