I have a sign-up form that resides in a BOX folder. 


I need to provide employees the ability to sign up for a time slot on the form and save the form to BOX.


I then need to be able to save the completed form and send it to an outside third party.  Our firm does not have BOX relay yet, is there another work around that I can use?  


How do I save a form in BOX and make it interactive? 


I would love any creative ideas.  Thank you.

Howdy!  If you cannot use Box Relay then I suggest a third party platform like Zapier which will easily re-route this for you from Box.


great question. 13850981570195 wondering if you could also use a box note with a table with rows for time slots and allow your colleagues to add their name to the appropriate row/time slot.

But it appears that I have to have IT turn on this BOX feature for me. I do not currently have access to BOX note.

Notes should be on by default via the menu on the top left....as shown here in Box. Let me know if you don't see it...
