Hi, I am Yuichiro Nakahata.


I posted this by a temporary free account.


I have enabled two-factor authentication.


However, i can not pass authentication anymore because of losing my mobile phone used for two-factor authentication.


I want to remove two-factor authentication, but do not know how to do it.


Would you like remove my two-authentication settings ?

This is a login issue and we suggest to have the impacted user to open his/her own ticket to directly work with Box Support.
