Hi,


I accidentally deactivated my <personal information-redacted> account, which was associated with a 3rd party box account. I'm now unable to recover the account for some reason.


When I try to use the recovery link - https://account.box.com/signup/reactivate/collectemail - I get the below: 


There was an error processing your request. The account associated with this email is not eligible for online reactivation. Please contact our Billing Support team at +44 808 189 0504 or billing@box.com.


 


When I request a password reset, no email arrives.


I tried adding the email address in as a new username in my own box account, however it says the email is already associated with another account.


 


Can you please investigate and clear whatever block is on that email address?
