I’m trying to pay for my Box subscription, but I keep receiving the following error message:

“There was an error processing your request. Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com.”

I believe this issue may be related to my location — I live in Kyrgyzstan, and here banks require 3D Secure (payment confirmation code) for online transactions.
Can you please help me resolve this issue
