My company has been using box for several years. Part of our job is to complete field inspections and take notes which we use PDF templates onto an iPad. While we use box as our main cloud folder to store project files, we have had to make copies of the PDFs onto onedrive because eidting/writing on the PDFs with apple pencils has been much more user friendly.

The main issue we have using box to take the files offline and writing notes directly through box is that it leaves a lot of comments and strange highlights (grey-outs) each time a note is taken and starts to clutter the page with boxes around the notes. Is there any way to make the editing feature on box more friendly without these features? I am sure it is nice for some but it is not user friendly for what my team does, any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!
