I have an Individual Account Type.
I must change my email address (as my provider will remove it soon)
I go to the support site https://support.box.com/hc/en-us with my account.
Select "My Profil" and "Edit Profile".
In this menu, the system allows me to change my Email.
After changing my email address, I have following message below my address.
We have sent a verification link to my.new.address@world.com.
Please follow the instructions to verify the email address.
Click here to resend verification email.
When I click on link providing in the received email, I must choose a new local password.
After trying to set it (click on enter), I receive following error message.
403 Forbidden
Attempting a prohibited action
Could you please help me to solvs that issue?
