I'm taking over support for a company that used box. I can't even contact support for a simple question about a box check in the admin portal not working. My company pays $20K for box and they can't be bothered to answer a question about a glitch in their admin. Box support is a web page of frequently asked questions - no chat, no email, no phone number.
I've never had to deal with box before - I want to make sure I transfer every single file we have on box to a cloudshare we manage. Any suggestions since I can't ask support?
