No chat, email or phone support?

When I press "Contact support" it only gives me an option for community help. This is an issue that can only be resolved by the support staff and I have no way of contacting them, I can't even find a support email. I am signed in to Box already.

Administrator left the company. Need to assign administrator to another user and delete the user that left.
